This page answers some common questions.
What time does the tour pick up?
We will usually pick you up from 8:00 to 8:30.Afternoon tours are from 13:00 to 13:30. When booking is complete, we will provide you with the correct pick-up time.
What clothes or belongings do I need for the tour?
Please prepare and light/comfortable clothes.Towel, hat or cap, sun block, etc.If you do not have a hat, there is also free rental.
A bottle of mineral water（500ml） is provided, but if necessary, please prepare 2~3 bottles by yourself.Please prepare at least 2drink for full day tours.
Those who want to buy drink,we will stop at the store after pick up.
What is included in the tour?
Lifejackets, snorkels, masks, fins and waterproof dry bag(20ℓ）are available.
The full-day tour includes lunch and a bottle（500ml）of mineral water, and the half-day tour includes a bottle of mineral water（500ml).
What is the sea permit?
A permit required to take a tour in the sea of Koror. There are two types, as shown below.
Rock Island permit・・・Necessary for snorkeling,kayaking,diving and sea activities.
＄50.00/per. valid for 10 days.Requires at least 6 years old.
Jelly Fish permit・・・It is the permit which added the entrance fee of Jellyfish Lake to the Rock Island Permit.
＄100.00/per. valid for 10 days.Requires at least 6 years old.
I do not know the permit required for the tour.
Nikko Bay cave Explore tour,Half day Kayak & Snorkel Tour and Half Day kayak & Cave Tour is need Rockisland or jellyfish permit.
Ngarchelong Uninhabited island Tour and Half Day Airai Cave Explore Tour is no need Rockisland or Jellyfish permit.
In addition to the displayed rates Is there such a cost?
Some tours require a Rock Island($50.00)/per or Jelly Fish Permit$100.00)/per.
Where can I buy a permit?
Usually, you purchase at each tour company and diving shop when participating in the first day’s sea tour.
If your tour is on the first day of your stay in Palau, we will prepare a permit.
Can I use a credit card for payment?
You can use a credit card to pay for the tour fee, but please pay the permit in cash. If you use a credit card to pay your permit, need 5% charge.
Credit cards are accepted by VISA, MASTER CARD and JCB. American Express and some card companies can not be used.
